Organization Outcomes

Leadership Development

Each week, IGNITE Youth Leaders guide their younger peers through sports-based experiential activities designed to build teamwork, communication, and servant leadership. Every session begins and ends with prayer, centers on a Character Word of the Day – respect, integrity, or self-control – and includes moments to pause, reflect, and process.

Faith Development

IGNITE is built on a foundation of faith, offering a safe space where young leaders can explore what it means to know, be known, and loved by God. Through experiential learning, reflection, and team-building activities, students discover how to weave spiritual truths into everyday life.

Workforce / Life Skills Development

IGNITE equips our students with the tools not only to serve today but to succeed tomorrow. Through hands-on workshops in financial literacy, résumé writing, communication, and professional etiquette, youth leaders gain the confidence and skills to navigate real-world opportunities with a strong sense of purpose. They participate in mock interviews and sales days with professionals, hear from guest speakers across industries, and explore diverse college and career pathways.

Community Engagement

Service is where leadership comes alive. IGNITE Leaders bring faith into action through hands-on community initiatives ranging from the Surprise Santa Project – collecting donations, wrapping gifts, and sharing Christmas joy with kids – to Trunk or Treat, a family-friendly harvest celebration filled with creativity and connection, each community project reflects their commitment to serve others with love.
